柯德平

 

柯德平,男,1983年3月出生,祖籍湖北麻城,副教授,硕士研究生导师。2001-2007年就读于华中科技大学电气与电子工程学院,获工学学士、工学硕士学位;2008-2011年就读于香港理工大学电机工程系,获博士学位。2012年6月加入武汉大学电气工程学院。2016年获武汉大学青年教师讲课竞赛二等奖。

主讲课程:《电力系统分析》 《电气工程基础》。

科研方向:

电力系统稳定与控制,电力系统优化调度。尤其熟悉电力系统动态、建模、仿真以及区间低频振荡鲁棒控制研究,对先进控制理论以及数学优化方法在电力系统中的应用有较大兴趣。目前重点研究基于辨识的电力系统区间低频振荡自适应控制和含分布式电源配电网的等值(辨识)建模工作。

主持的国家级科研项目包括:
[1]      国家自然科学基金项目(青年项目,51307124):基于风电随机性新模型的概率最优潮流和小扰动稳定控制研究,24万元。
[2]      国家自然科学基金项目(面上项目,51777143):基于环境信号辨识控制输入矩阵的广域自适应阻尼控制系统研究,59万元(直接费)。
[3]      国家重点研发计划项目(子课题,2017YFB0902902):基于多源信息的自适应状态估计技术与PMU最优布点方案研究,81.8万元。
